Applelec safeguards its customer experience

As the government prepares the public for the impact of life outside the EU, Applelec has taken steps to protect customers.

Applelec’s Managing Director, Ian Drinkwater reported: “Brexit has raised a great deal of uncertainty and we have responded by safeguarding our UK manufacturing and our ability to respond to customer demand, thus ensuring that we will be less affected than others and can guarantee that we will retain our standards and a consistently reliable source of supply.”

Having recently expanded its West Yorkshire-based manufacturing facility, where it creates its patented LED Light Sheet, together with a comprehensive range of other lighting and signage products, Applelec will continue to work with customers to deliver solutions for both small and larger, more complex projects.

Ian Drinkwater continued “We anticipate problems before they arise so that we can offer ready prepared solutions and are often regarded as being an important part of our customers’ teams.”

As a member of Made in Britain, Applelec’s views its dedication to UK manufacturing as something that is fundamental to its success and combines the latest technology with more traditional signmaking techniques in order to provide a bespoke service that few can match.

Whilst the UK’s future, post-Brexit raises many concerns, Applelec aims to demonstrate how a proactive customer focus can mitigate the disruption businesses may face.
