CADlink revises technical support
In order to continuously improve customer service, CADlink has announced a major revision to its technical support policy for all brand name software products.
As from the beginning of 2014 CADlink will provide free technical support on new product purchases for a period of six months, while all upgrade purchases will offer three months of free technical support from time of purchase.
Customers within the UK will also be able to extend their CADlink-provided technical support services for a period of 12 months at a cost of £200.00 or £50.00 per single support incident.
CADlink will provide support for current versions of software, in addition to versions two generations back from the current release. Additional technical support coverage cannot be purchased for any versions of CADlink software that are older than two versions prior to the current one.
