Drytac is spot on!
At FESPA 2015, Drytac Europe will be showcasing its new Spot-On film with dot adhesive, together with the expanded ranges of its ReTac permanently peelable films and Polar printable films.
In addition, senior representatives from the Drytac team will be present on Stand T95, Hall 6 throughout the event.
Products on display will include the Spot On ‘dot pattern’ vinyl, which is suitable for use as short-term indoor graphic application. Spot On is 100µ (4 mil) high quality, ink receptive printable vinyl, developed specifically for the creation of vibrant graphics requiring quick and easy application and removal.
Key to the simplicity of application is a ‘dot pattern’ adhesive that facilitates easy bubble free application on a wide variety of smooth interior surfaces, including walls, windows, glass and more. Once installed, it can be repositioned and – if stored correctly – reused.
Spot On is available in clear matte, white matte and white gloss versions, and is printable by solvent, eco-solvent, HP Latex and UV inkjet techniques.
Visitors will also be able to see the ReTac range of permanently peelable films for wall graphic applications, which now includes ReTac75 Matte and ReTac150 Matte, alongside the original ReTac75 Gloss film.
ReTac75 (both gloss and matte versions) is a 75µ white polymeric PVC films, coated on one side with a pressure-sensitive permanently peelable adhesive, whereas ReTac150 (matte) is a thicker 150µ matte white polymeric PVC film developed for ease of handling and to cover up imperfections on the surface to which it is mounted.
Outperforming similarly positioned ‘low residue’ products, ReTac is promoted not simply as low residue, but as no residue. Specifically designed for high vibrant print quality graphics, the films are easy to apply and easy to remove or reposition and are suitable for use on most indoor surfaces, such as painted walls, melamine, glass and low surface energy substrates.
It can be used in conjunction with solvent, eco-solvent, HP Latex and UV inkjet techniques and, crucially its newly awarded Class 0 Fire Rating, makes it suitable for use for application in public spaces.
Drytac has also entered the digital vinyl market with the introduction of its Polar range of self-adhesive printable vinyls, which now includes Polar Monomeric matched component systems (MCS) films, Polar Polymeric MCS films, Polar Cast PVC films, Polar Elite Polyurethane films, which offer a PVC-free alternative for vehicle wrapping, alongside the recently announced Polar HiGrab and Polar SurfaceTac films.
Suitable for medium-term indoor and outdoor graphic applications, the Polar range ismatched with the Drytac range of clear over-laminates.
The films are printable by solvent, eco-solvent, Latex and UV inkjet technologies and have an outdoor durability of up to seven years, depending on the product. The range also benefits from Class 0 fire rating, making it ideal for applications in public areas requiring compliance to strict fire regulations.
In addition to these new introductions, Drytac will be showing a large selection of its other solutions, including DecorTac wallpapers and a variety of window films.
