Fastsigns unveils inspiring new marketing campaign
Fastsigns UK is set to launch a brand new marketing initiative that is designed to show customers what can be achieved with its comprehensive range of visual solutions.  

The ‘Make Your Statement’ campaign will be rolled out at the end of May with a new-look website, showcasing the wide range of services available from the growing network of 25 Fastsigns’ franchisees across the UK.

These include everything from large-scale exterior signage to interior wayfinding and decor, vehicle and floor graphics, plus digital screens and animated content.

John Davies, Managing Director at Fastsigns UK, said: “The ‘Make Your Statement’ campaign has been inspired by the vision of our customers and demonstrates how we can help them achieve their goals.

“Our franchisees work with organisations of all sizes, across multiple sectors. They’re well-known and respected in the communities they serve, as we saw during the pandemic when they were in high demand for social distancing and safety signage, or communications such as a change to opening hours.

“Our franchisees are invested in what they do. As a franchisor, we’re proud to have achieved a franchisee satisfaction score of 89.4 percent in 2022 and we hope that the new positioning and technology developments will further improve this. Our service delivery is important because this helps our franchisees provide the optimum service to their customers, with some of them even picking up awards for customer satisfaction at the 2022 annual Fastsigns International Convention in Texas earlier this year.”

The Make Your Statement campaign was first launched in the US at the international convention in February.

The campaign is based on market research commissioned by Fastsigns that found that most customers have anxiety about their sign and graphics projects. They believe their project could substantially affect the business’s future and reputation. The campaign thus seeks to reassure them that Fastsigns is on hand to reduce stress with an end-to-end solution that exceeds their expectations.

In addition to the new campaign and website, Fastsigns is launching its e-Commerce solutions this year to allow customers 24/7 access, control over their brand identity and to enjoy ease of ordering.
