Hybrid appoints 3D Business Development Manager
Hybrid Services, Mimaki’s exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland, has appointed experienced 3D industry professional, Lochlan Pinder to the newly created role of 3D Business Development Manager.

With a rapidly increasing 3D product portfolio, which includes the recently announced, compact and scalable, full colour Mimaki 3DUJ-2207, Pinder’s appointment is designed to maximise Hybrid and Mimaki’s presence in 3D applications across a variety of sectors.

“We are delighted to welcome Lochlan to the team,” said Hybrid Managing Director, Brett Newman. “In a period of significant development and product launches throughout the 3D range, his experience and drive will enable us to take these exciting new products to a wide variety of customers, supporting our reseller partners along the way.”

Pinder joins Hybrid with a decade of 3D and wide format print experience at manufacturers and resellers in both technical and sales capacities.

Commenting on his new role, he said: “I am very much looking forward to the opportunities that lie ahead. Mimaki has an unparalleled reputation for innovation, and the current 3D product line-up confirms this. The potential for businesses within a range of industries to benefit from this unique technology is huge, and I relish the chance to help companies select the best solution for their needs.”

With Mimaki’s substantial product portfolio of inkjet printers, cutting plotters, software and consumables, Hybrid works with a network of authorised reseller partners to supply and support customers across the UK and Ireland.

Brett Newman concluded: “Lochlan is ideally placed to add to Hybrid’s areas of specialist knowledge and will quickly play a key role in the sales and business development team.”
