InkTec makes a move
The increasing popularity of its JETRIX printers, which have enjoyed a 15 percent increase in sales turnover over the last 12 months, together with similarly increased sales of InkTec’s inks and media ranges, has resulted in the company’s move into larger premises.
Also located in Witney, Oxfordshire, the company’s new facility encompasses sufficient warehousing space to facilitate effective and rapid order fulfilment, plus office and engineering support accommodation.
In addition, the site also features a contemporary demonstration suite that has been custom built to fully showcase the JETRIX range of printers, including the KX6, a standard flatbed with roll-to-roll option, which offers speeds of up to 50sqm/hr and the KX7, which is designed to accommodate the printing of large panels and offers maximum productivity.
Joey Kim, Managing Director of InkTec Europe, commented: “After nearly 10 years in the UK, it was time for us to take this bold next step. We were determined to secure premises that will enable us to expand further over the next 10 yeas and beyond and happily, we were able to find a site that met our specific needs here in Witney, thus reducing the necessary disruption that any move necessitates to an absolutely minimum for our customers.”
He continued: “The result is that every aspect of InkTec and JETRIX is now housed on one site, which enables us to focus on being properly customer centric, and, as a result,we are no able to concentrate on promoting our latest product innovations, while also serving our growing customer base.”
