Mimaki fires the imagination
Mimaki found fashion and home textile solutions ignited unparalleled interest and delivered a 20 percent increase in sales leads when it showcased its latest collection of digital printing and cutting solutions at FESPA 2015.
Mike Horsten, General Manager Marketing EMEA at Mimaki Europe, reported: “Just when you thought FESPA couldn’t get any better, it did!” We enjoyed unprecedented interest on our stand with visitors keen to see our mannequins adorned with eye-catching applications and samples, and, as well as the 20 percent increase in sales leads we even sold products straight off the stand too!”
Mimaki used the event to introduce its TS300P-1800 dedicated transfer paper inkjet machine, a 1.8m wide roll-to-roll sublimation inkjet printer, which it claims, offers new levels of quality and productivity in digital textile printing.
The company also celebrated the GREENGUARD GOLD accreditation for the use of its inks in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities. In addition, it welcomed Adrian Wolf as Young Star Award winner. He follows last year’s winner,Eleni Bourazanis, and receives €500 and a six-week internship at Mimaki.
However, the cherry on the FESPA cake was the EDP award that Mimaki received in respect of its CJV150/CJV300 Series integrated printer/cutters, which was the winner of the ‘Best Print and Cut solution’ category.
