It will also be showing theMTEX 500, a new digital textile printer aimed specifically at the fashion and garment textile industry, which features an adhesive belt that is designed to hold knitted and woven fabrics in place and, as such, is another development in the MTEX range of direct-to-textile printers.

Photo-2The MTEX 500 comes in two versions, the MTEX 500P that is specially adapted for use with polyamides, Lycra and stretched fabrics and has a unique feeding system and an integrated horizontal dryer.  The MTEX 500C is for suitable for use with non-stretched fabrics.  Both print onto a huge range of textiles, including cotton, polyamides, silks and nylon, thus making the MTEX 500 an extremely versatile machine.

Also on display will be the MTEX 5032, a 3.2 metre wide direct-to-fabric print solution, complete with integrated fixation unit for the dye sublimation market, which delivers brilliant and vivid colours on wide format fabrics at a maximum speed of 62 sqm/hour and maximum print quality of 1440 dpi. The MTEX 5032 is perfect for printing fabric for lightboxes, homeware, flags and interior furnishings.

The MTEX TURBO SUB is a direct-to-fabric sublimation printing solution with integrated fixation unit that offers a print speed of up to 148sqm per hour and resolutions reaching 1200dpi. Featuring new print-head technology, it prints three times faster than other direct sublimation machines and is thus ideal for use in high-volume printing environments.
