Open Days designed to provide new revenue streams
The events, which are designed to reveal some of the new markets open to the UK graphic arts community when it uses the latest Mimaki and I-Sub Digital innovations, will include a range of attractions such as live demonstrations of the Mimaki TS500-1800 transfer printer, the Mimaki JFX500 UV flatbed printer and Mimaki UJF desktop UV décor printer. The Open Days will also provide an excellent showcase for I-Sub Digital’s exclusive range of Digi-Foil products, which enable users of the Mimaki UJF range of UV printers to produce both one-off and short production runs of foiled effects onto virtually any substrate up to 150mm thick, whilst also eliminating the need for dies. Using products from a range that comprises golds, silvers, holographics, security and many other colours and effects, the possible applications are limitless.
Andy Spreag, Director of I-Sub Digital, observed: “With over 200 UK users already benefitting from the stunning print quality and versatility achieved with the Mimaki UJF UV printer range, the addition of the Digi-Foil products will further increase the commercial opportunities available.”
Open Day guests will also be able to see demonstrations of the Mimaki JV400-SUV and the Mimaki JV400-LX latex printers, which deliver high-gloss, touch-dry and abrasion-resistant output, together with a selection of cutting plotters, plus Zund’s powerful cutting and finishing systems, which perfectly complement the high-speed prints produced on the Mimaki JFX500 flatbed UV printer.
Further, experts from I-Sub Digital, Mimaki and Zund will also be on hand throughout to answer any questions relating to the machines and processes on display.
Available spaces at the two Open Days, which are split into morning and afternoon sessions, with both lunch and refreshments provided, are strictly limited; thus early registration is advised in order to secure a place.
