Progress productivity with Durst
Durst will be unveiling a portfolio of new printers, all of which are the most productive machines in their class.
They will include thenew Rho P10 HS series, which can be used in conjunction with both roll and rigid materials and offers double the productivity of the original P10 models and further establishes the printers as the most productive of their type.
All machines within the series feature the latest Durst Quadro Array printheads with double the number of nozzles and also incorporate LED Pin curing. This helps to make the faster speed possible by sealing the drops of ink whilst UV curing the output. Furthermore, Durst Variodrop technology helps to finalise the drying process and also delivers increased productivity and improved image quality.
Another new launch, the Rho 312R is the most productive 3.2. metre roll to roll printer in its class. It also offers a new quality standard for industrial backlit or Fine Art printing. Featuring Durst’s Quadro Array 12M printheads with Variodrop technology and a 12 picolitre drop size, the Rho 312R delivers excellent image quality with up to 900 dpi, combined with high productivity. It is capable of printing up to 240 m²/hour in high speed mode and up to 70 m² in four pass mode (or 122 m²/h in POP mode). Productivity is further enhanced by the option of printing two 1.6 m rolls of media at the same time with individual print queues.
