Sabur Digital to expand its DGI printer portfolio

Sabur Digital has announced that it is to further increase its co-operation with the Korean printer manufacturer, Digital Graphics Inc. (DGI.)

Commenting on this development, Dean Sanger, Sabur Digital’s Managing Director said: “Having worked closely with DGI over the last two years, during which time we have successfully sold, installed and serviced the DGI HS FTII high speed sublimation printer without experiencing any real issues, it seemed only sensible to further expand our DGI product portfolio.”

Dean added that he had monitored the new DGI Fabrijet printers very closely at the recent FESPA exhibition in Hamburg and noted that the machines had performed flawlessly during the period of the show.

He continued: “I believe that the new 3.2 metre Fabrijet FT-3204X Hybrid printer was one of the standout stars of the show, with its ability to print direct to both polyester fabric and sublimation paper using the same ink set. In addition, the Fabrijet FT-1608 was printing non-stop from 10.00am to 5.00pm daily, without any hitch!”

Sabur Digital has recently installed the Fabrijet FT-1608 in its demonstration suite and is planning to install the FT-3204X be in July. Furthermore, its service engineers have received full product training at DGI’s Korean headquarters and the company is also fully equipped with an off-the-shelf range of spare parts, thus ensuring that customers can be secure in the knowledge that their hardware will receive full service and support. l
