SignLink Live provides a sneak preview
In the run-up to SignLink Live 2017, which will take place at Telford’s international Centre on 11th-13th October, a number of exhibitors have revealed their plans for the debut edition of the event.
Billed by the organiser, Link Exhibitions, as the only UK event entirely dedicated to signmaking, the show will feature a host of major sign industry suppliers, each of which will be demonstrating how their solutions can help signmakers to make their businesses bloom.
One of the leading names in attendance will be The Sign Group, which will be showcasing its main trade signage brand, together with its We Love LEDs and Neon Plus divisions.
Graeme Hoole, Managing Director of The Sign Group, said: “We have new products and marketing strategies that have been developed over the last year, which we will be putting into action. it’s exciting, and we’re looking forward to seeing if it pans out as we expect!”
Also due to participate this year is NCS Trade Signs, which produces some of the best known signs for many of the country’s leading sign and brand implementation businesses.
Laura Hoult, the company’s Marketing Director, said: “As an approved Spandex Sign Systems Centre, we are able to offer solutions for all of our customers’ wayfinding requirements, by using our in-house skills to provide any necessary modifications to create unique and exciting signage schemes.”
Another exhibitor, Sign-Making Tools will be showing its full portfolio of products, ranging from signmaking staples, through to new tools that can help to transform the way sign businesses work.
Co-founder Paul Hughes said: “One main theme runs through our product range – we want to make signmakers’ work easier and save them time, even if it is just for an extra cup of tea at the end of the day!”
Mid West Displays will be introducing its display and lighting systems, as well as showing off the new products it has developed at its Shrewsbury factory. Solutions on offer will include cable and rod display systems, sign supports, lighting, freestanding displays, and rotating displays.
Visitors will also be able to see the latest offerings from Ipren UK, which, as part of the global Irpen S.A.U manufacturing group, will show a rainbow of colours and grades within its range of cast acrylic sheets.
For those interested in trade display technologies, Brandtanad UK promises that it will ‘wow and amaze’ visitors. One of its key product launches will be WaveLight, which combines specially formulated and fabricated LED lighting sheets with dye- sublimation printed graphics.
With many signmakers facing the challenges that come with working at height, Global Erecting Sign Services (GESS), will be showcasing the profit potential that comes with its white label trade services.
Very Displays will be showing its range of pop-up displays and soft signage display products, which it supplies on a trade-only basis.
