Signs Express launches new intranet facility for franchisees
Signs Express has announced the launch of a new, state-of-the-art intranet, which is now available to its franchisees.
The new intranet has been designed to maximise communications between the Franchise Support Centre (FSC) and the network, while also helping to foster relationships between the franchised businesses, even when they are located onopposite sides of the country. In addition to the sharing of information on an informal basis, the new site has a huge collection of resources that franchises and their staff can use to help them run their businesses more effectively.
Rebecca Dack, Marketing Manager at Signs Express, stated: “It is important to share information and knowledge in every business, but it is even more essential in franchised networks, where business owners have common interests. We have completely reinvented our intranet to better facilitate the additional support the FSC offers to the network, while also making it easier to share information.”
The new platform has been launched in tandem with a new internal video station, SignStation, which provides a channel for the FSC to provide helpful updates and guides to the franchised network via informative video content. One of the newest introductions of training aids is the delivery of video content surrounding the FSC’s Business Development Programme, SignPost, which helps franchisees to attain their growth goals.
Signs Express currently has over 65 franchised businesses across the UK and Ireland, but the company has aspirations to further expand its network and offers many franchise opportunities.
