Space at SignLink Live set to sell out
Ashby Trade Signs; modular projecting signs
Link Exhibitions, the organiser of SignLink Live, has revealed that floorspace for this year’s inaugural edition of the show is now at a premium, with the show set to sell out far in advance of its autumn debut.
SignLink Live 2017, which will be co-located with its sister event, The Print Show, at the International Centre in Telford on 11th -13th October, has been specifically designed to cater for the needs of the sign industry, and visitors will be able to see such companies as Ashby Trade Sign Supplies, which specialises in the production of bespoke signage systems for the trade,together with Spirit Displays, a leading innovator in graphic tensioning systems. Also participating is Newtown Tapes, a leading supplier of self-adhesive tapes and Clarity Software, which will use the show to demonstrate the efficacy of its management information systems.
While the show’s organising team has placed a key emphasis on securing high quality exhibitors, it has also created several special areas that will enable visitors to gain further insights into major industry areas.
The Swap Shop will pay tribute to the art of vinyl wrapping and will be demonstrating how this technique can be used to revamp cars, bikes and even furniture, while The Profit Factory will provide four ‘shops’, T-shirt Towers, Enterprise Engraving, Promo Print Alley and The Curiosity Shop, all of which will provide visitors with information regarding‘businesses in a box’ that require a low capital investment, but offer high-margin products and services.
Spirit Displays’ tensioned sign systems
The ‘For The Love of Neon’ area, which will be run by Neon Workshops, will highlight this iconic signmaking discipline, while Zeta Specialist Lighting will present ‘Green Horizons’, which will showcase signage solutions that have low environmental impact.
Following the success of similar features at The Print Show, SignLink Live will also offer ‘Business Seminar Theatres’, which will feature a range of experts covering such topics as the importance of diversification, while The Training Theatre will help visitors to explore the benefits of computer packages that range from Adobe Indesign, to CAD/CAM systems and MIS software.
The International Centre is located in the heart of Telford and is close to awide range of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment facilities, including an IMAX cinema.
SignLink Live is completely free to attend, and visitors will also benefit from free entrance to The Print Show and free parking at the venue. And, as an added bonus, all attendees will be able to enjoy a free lunch at the International Centre!
