swissQprint’s Nyala hits record sales for the seventh year
swissQprint has announced that its Nyala flatbed printer has led the European LFP sales ranking for seven years in a row. In 2021, this swissQprint machine was once again the most purchased in its class.
According to the Geneva-based market research institute Infosource, Nyala is one of the most popular flatbed printers in Europe. For seven consecutive years, this swissQprint model has been the leader in its category: ‘UV flatbed/hybrid printers >60” (152.4 cm) wide in the 130,000 – 500,000 EUR price segment’, when compared with all brands and models surveyed.
The Nyala is an LED UV 3.2×2m flatbed printer that also offers a roll-to-roll option to ensure facilitate the widest possible range of different application needs. It outputs a maximum 206sq.m/per.hr and a maximum of 370sq.m/per.hr in the case of the speed model, as well as a maximum resolution of 1350dpi to ensure the highest quality printing. There are nine freely configurable colour channels and the latest ink options include striking neon colours for UV printing.
Nyala machines have been around for 10 years, during which time swissQprint has steadily released new optimisations, and features that offer extra capabilities for users. The fourth generation of the Nyala was launched in the Autumn of 2021.
