Antalis adds Triaprint to its sustainable range

Antalis has added a further new product, Triaprint to its sustainable product range.

Manufactured by IPB, the extruded polypropylene sheet comprises three layers with a cell structured core and smooth top and bottom layer, both of which are corona treated, thus making it ideal for use with both screen and UV digital printing technologies.

Triaprint features a smooth top and bottom surface, and is an excellent environmentally friendly alternative to foam PVC, foam board and other rigid plastics as it is 100 percent recyclable. Furthermore, its smooth top surface offers a similar finish to that more usually found on solid polypropylene, such as Antalis’ Priplak range.

Available in widths of 1220 x 2440mm and 1500 x 3050mm, with thickness options of 3.4mm and 5.7mm it is stocked in white but But Antlis can also supply other colours made to order.

Key characteristics of the Triaprint sheet include its smooth printable surface, high compression strength, high rigidity and low weight. Additionally, it is made with a fire-retardant additive.

Triaprint can be successfully used in a wide array of visual communication applications, including POS and display, indoor and outdoor signage, exhibition and event graphics and both internal and external hoardings.
