40 years of signs
A family-run firm in Wales has marked its 40th anniversary year by launching a new look website and brand new e-shop.

The Flint-based isGroup, which designs, manufactures and installs custom signage, has made its website more user-friendly, interactive and easier to navigate, as well as providing its customers with the option to purchase selected products online.

The company, which has delivered a number of award-winning installations, including the striking sign that graces the Storyhouse theatre in Chester, always endeavours to provide client partners with the most accurate, up-to-date information and to share its knowledge and expertise in the field of signage, product development and innovation.

An isGroup spokesperson said: “We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver quality solutions for a wide range of sectors and, as we reflect on our 40th year in business and plan for the future, we felt that this was the ideal time to expand and offer our products online. Thus we are thrilled to announce the launch of our online shop at:

“This will provide customers with an extensive choice of products, including our new collection of eco-friendly signage, which includes signs manufactured from recycled, single-use plastics, bamboo and FSC certified birch plywood.

Jane Whitehouse, isGroup’s CEO, said: “I am very excited to see the fruition of the work we have undertaken over the last several months in order to achieve our on-line shop launch for June. Well done to all those involved!

“It has been a very difficult period for the sign industry with the recent shutdowns, but we are positive that, in our 40th year of trading, we can all bounce back, by using creativity in the marketplace and excelling in customer service.

“At isGroup we have our trademarked Way2Go wayfinding range of products that are being installed in many towns and cities in the UK, as well as the customised signage we have provided for companies operating within many different industry sectors.

“Our new website showcases our latest projects, but what is most exciting to me is our use of sustainable materials to manufacture signs, thus reducing our carbon footprint. As we receive customer feedback and continue our research and development, our range will expand to allow further products to be purchased online.”

Commercial Director Chris Whitehouse added: “We are also marking our 40th year by heavily investing in new equipment, technologies, and the expansion of our current premises so that we can become even more agile and responsive as business needs change.“
