The Antalis Digital Academy ends the year on a high

Antalis is ending the year on a high following the news that its Digital Academy has helped to train and upskill a record 500 people during the past 12 months.

During 2017, Antalis ran 75 workshops through its Digital Academy, which is located at the company’s Leicestershire headquarters and offers live demonstrations and real-life application case studies.

Originally launched as an internal resource to enhance the skills and knowledge of its own employees, the Digital Academy was opened up to customers so that Antalis could share its expertise with the wider industry. It now offers 30 different courses, all led by independent experts who deliver a combination of theory and hands-on practical advice.

Giles Bristow, Antalis’ Digital Support Manager, commented: “The courses are designed to help sign and print companies to acquire new skills and/or to diversify and, to this end, we are constantly looking to add more workshops. This year alone we’ve added the Corel Draw and Digital Wallcoverings Applications workshops to our roster, which have since become two of our most popular offerings.

Planning ahead for 2018, Antalis is already working on a whole batch of new workshops in response to customer demand. In addition, it has some exciting new plans for the Academy, with further details to be revealed in early 2018.
