HP to introduce its new HP Stitch S100 dye-sub printer
HP will be showing its new HP Stitch S1000, a super wide dye- sublimation production printer at FESPA Global Print Expo 2019, on Stand F30, Hall A5 at Munich this week.
Designed for high productivity and simplified operation and offering new production possibilities for interior décor and soft signage applications, the HP Stitch S1000 is a 3.2 metre dye-sublimaton printer that offers fast speeds, high uptime, and unattended shifts. Fully automatic maintenance ensures optimal image quality without user intervention, while also saving time with easy media loading and unloading by a single operator.
The new HP Stitch portfolio, which also includes the 1.62 metre HP Stitch S300 and S500 printers, removes complexity from dye- sublimation printing.
Santi Morera, Head of Graphics Solutions Business at HP, commented: “HP’s expansion into the textiles industry solidifies its commitment to making digital printing accessible to all and the S1000 truly unlocks the power of colour for production environments through smart technology.”
The HP Stich portfolio, which introduces dye sublimation ink into HP’s Thermal Inkjet printing technology to meet the rising demand for polyester-based textiles for sportswear, fast fashion, home décor and soft signage applications, is ideal for medium and large sign and print companies to boost production of textile applications in the soft signage market, including backlits, frontlits, and interior décor, such as curtains, upholstery, and sofas.
The HP Stitch S1000 for high-volume production offers high productivity, sharp image quality and superior quality printing, as well as a high unattended printing capability and complete colour consistency.
