Innotech introduces an affordable PVC-Free banner media
Innotech Digital has announced the immediate availability of the latest addition to its PVC-free media range, the Envirotech PVC Free Frontlit Banner 150gsm FR B1, which as well as being environmentally responsible, also delivers exceptional value.

The biggest challenge for sign and print companies to date has been the cost of PVC-Free materials compared with the PVC alternative, but now, according to Keiran Dallow, Marketing Manager for Innotech Digital, they can put that concern behind them.

He said: “We believe that this new material is the most cost-effective PVC-free banner solution currently available on the market. Its price is comparable to standard 440gsm PVC frontlit media and it is a very viable alternative for environmentally conscious companies wishing to make a real stand against the over-use of PVC in our industry.”

The new, robust 150gsm frontlit banner material has been proven in testing to be weldable, although it is still recommended that users test this with their own machinery.

Dallow continued: “Being weldable is a huge benefit for our customers because most currently available PVC-Free banners are not weldable and require additional stitching or banner tape, which can be more costly and time consuming.”

The new product is also fire-rated to B1 Certification and is suitable for printing with eco-solvent, solvent, UV-curable and latex inks. It is available in 1600mm and 3200mm widths and with durability equivalent to 440gsm banner PVC materials, it is ideal for indoor and outdoor campaign graphics.

With around 250,000sqm of eco-friendly materials in stock, Innotech has one of the widest and most extensive PVC-Free media portfolios in the industry.
