Trotec to reveal how to add value with laser cutting
Trotec Laser, will present digital laser cutting solutions for printed materials at FESPA Global Expo 2021, which will take place at the RAI, Amsterdam on 12th-15th October 2021. On Stand F40 in Hall 1, visitors will be able to see Trotec’s laser cutting solutions in action.

Trotec’s SP laser cutters are designed for fast and precise processing of large-format materials. The machines’ fastest cutting speed, four-sided access and the Tandem Assistant feature ensure maximum productivity, with up to an 88 percent cost saving, when compared to milling technology. The whole processing area can be utilised to eliminate downtime and the laser cutter can be seamlessly integrated into any existing workflow thanks to RIP and CAD compatibility.

For sign and display manufacturers, acrylic converters, volume producers of soft signage solutions, label converters and store fitters, the laser cutter is a productive, universal, wear-free and non-contact solution for all geometries and a variety of materials, which also provides the added benefit of a flame-polished cut edge on acrylic without any post-processing.

The future of laser processing lies in an all-in-one and seamless software solution. Trotec’s Ruby software provides a simple and fast workflow from idea to end product by integrating all of the laser processing steps into one. It is a platform that guarantees profitable order processing and a setup that is connected, web-based and digital to the core.

The recently launched Ruby software takes Trotec’s already leading technology a step further and will be demonstrated alongside the Speedy 400 laser cutting system at the FESPA show.
